B.Sc Electronics & Communication

Objective :

This course enables the students to acquire more knowledge in theory as well as practical. It focuses on advanced experimental technical skills in electronics field. Students can develop their skills by attending and presenting the papers in State and National Level Seminars, and also enrich their knowledge based on VLSI and Satellite Communication.  After completion of the course students are eligible to work in various industries such as an Electronic Service Engineer in television, Cell Phone Service Engineer, Embedded Developer and Bio-Medical Technician/ Electronic Hardware and Software Engineer / Maintenance Engineer, etc.,

Eligibility :

A candidate who has passed Higher Secondary Examination / diploma in ECE / EEE as per norms set by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the syndicate of Periyar University.

Duration :

The course for the degree of Bachelor of Electronics and Communication   consists of three academic years divided into six semesters.
